Please note the following updated turnaround times:

Same Day Orders (not excepting at this time).

Smaller orders (under 20 items): 2–3 business days, depending on volume and availability.

Larger orders: 1–2 weeks, depending on volume and availability.

*Same Day Services only applies to PRINT READY files. Non-Same Day Services turnaround time frame for printing 2-3 business days. Embroidery Services turnaround time frame 5-7 business days. Please view our Same Day Service guidelines under FAQ.

If uploading your design, please upload your design files in PNG format ONLY. For best quality, vector files are preferred. All files must have a transparent background. Make sure your file is of high resolution, with at least 300 DPI. However you submit your file, that's how it will be printed. Please make sure it's submitted correctly. Will will not accept any other file format. If you are not sure how to do this please contact your graphic designer for assistance.
