Customer Supplied Garments

Same Day Printing & Embroidery prefers to work on garments / items that we obtain from known suppliers of products created for decoration. We use apparel and other products that have been tested and proven to provide quality decoration whether, Heat Printing, DTF/DTG Printing, or Embroidery.


Occasionally during the decoration process, a garment or item will be damaged or resistant to accepting decoration. Sometimes we experience unexpected results decorating untested material. Heat Printed / DTF / DTG Printed apparel and printable substrates may have chemical agents impregnated into the fabric and or substrate that detrimentally affect the decoration application.
Please note that when providing personal garments to be embroidered, that embroidery machines can on occasion eat and/or mangle garments.


EMBROIDERY:
SDPE rules, policy, and waiver states: that when providing your own personal garments to be embroidered; 1) You understand and agree that you will need to provide additional garments (anywhere from 2-4) in the event the machines can snag, mangle or tears your garments. You understand that when supplying your own garment(s) or item(s) that, if there is a problem, or your item becomes damaged. Same Day Printing & Embroidery CANNOT & WILL NOT REPLACE OR REFUND your personal garment(s) or item(s). We are only responsible for replacing garments that we provide from our vendors.


ARTWORK & PRINTING:
SDPE rules, policy, and waiver states: that by you submitting your own artwork that you understand and agree that it WILL BE PRINTED AS IS! You understand that Same Day Printing & Embroidery requires ALL ARTWORK to be submitted in a PNG VECTOR format (having a transparent background), with a high resolution of 300 dpi. You understand that submitting your artwork with a low resolution, pixilation or containing a white or black background, that your design WILL BE printed and pressed as such. Any additional cleanup to your artwork will be AN ADDITIONAL COST, this means, but not limited to, adding wording, changing colors, redesigning, and converting to a printable file. You also understand that SDPE uses CMYK to print, and that your colors may vary or come out slightly different from your original artwork.
You also understand that your damaged garment(s) or item(s) will be returned to me AS IS and depending on manager discretion/approval, a refund may or may not be given back for the print or embroidery cost.

You do understand that ALL PAYMENT FOR SERVICES MUST BE PAID IN ADVANCE ONCE THE INVOICE HAS BEEN PROVIDED, before any service is rendered.


ABANDONMENT POLICY:
You understand and agree that, if your items are not picked up within a week of the completion date, a $25 storage fee will be applied and billed to you on the
8th day after completion, as well as an additional $5 per day thereafter, until item is picked up. Storage invoice must be paid before item(s) are released. You understand and agree that SDPE does offer delivery services for your convenience at an additional cost of $.89 per mileage, in the event you are not able to pick up your items. You also understand that by law, you have sixty days (60) to retrieve my items, if not retrieved by the 60st day, your items are therefore considered abandoned and SDPE has the right to discard, resell, or keep the item as its own

Return, Exchange, & Refund Policy
 

All orders are final. No returns on services or errors made on behalf of the customer, nor products that have been embellished on. No refunds given on customer supplied garments or DTF transfers. Refunds for non-customer supplied garments, or artwork are given upon manager approval.
